Honoring Craig Anderson

11/20/2023

Craig Anderson, PCP’s now former Director of Medical and Health Programs, retired on Nov. 10, 2023. We are thankful for Craig Anderson’s amazing 7-year ministry and we celebrate his love for God and for people as the medical ministry partnership with DR Congo has thrived and grown under his leadership.

Over the past several months, Craig has been honored on many occasions despite his desire to avoid being the center of attention. During the May 2023 PCP Board Meeting, Rev. Duale expressed his appreciation for Craig’s faithful and meaningful partnership with the medical leadership teams and development of bridges in DR Congo. PCP Board Members shared several words to describe Craig, some of which were: relational, humble, consistent, detailed, compassionate, respectful, gentle leader.

On the September 2023 trip, the CEUM leadership honored Craig with a retirement celebration. Dr. Justin Gado (CEUM Medical Director) presented him with a gift (shown at right). Craig shared with the group, ‘‘The last seven years have been the best years of work.’’

Job well done, Craig! Congratulations on your retirement!
