Volunteer

Volunteer doctorSeveral times a year the Paul Carlson Partnership leads volunteer teams on work trips to Congo. A single church or group of churches may send a team, or the PCP may assemble a group of individuals with particular skills and experience. Those most commonly needed include medical and dental professionals, persons who can teach English as a second language, builders, technicians, and others as specific needs arise. The travel costs for volunteers are funded by the participants (or by churches or other sponsors).

We are developing a roster of people who have an interest in being part of a volunteer team. If you are interested in adding your name to that list, send an e-mail to the PCP office briefly describing your reasons for wanting to go and outlining whatever experience and skills you have that you think might be helpful over there. (No commitments are made at this point, on either side.)
