Wonderful Celebration for Makanza Bridge Dedication

Our good friend, Pete Ekstrand, provided this story about the dedication ceremony of the newly built Makanza bridge. We're thankful for our partners in this project, Hope International and the CEUM (Covenant Church of Congo), for coming together with PCP to repair bridges.

What a celebration the CEUM, community, and government had earlier this week at the dedication of the Makanza bridge at Boyambi, 27 kilometers east of Gemena. Together we celebrated how all can work together with a U.S. partner to complete an important project. The project was to replace the broken and eroding culverts at the Makanza stream with a new bridge. Read more.
