Congolese womanThe people of the D.R. Congo live with many difficulties. Some can be addressed by relief and development programs, but some are justice issues. These people, whose voices too often are not heard, need friends in the developed world to speak up for them. Here are a few organizations and web sites that offer that opportunity. We invite you to send us any other such sites that you're aware of. We'll post the best of them here.  

Enough: The project to end genocide and crimes against humanity  Focuses on conflict areas in the world, with options for action.  

Human Rights Watch  Major international advocacy organization, with news and options for action in each region in which the organization is at work.  

Raise Hope for Congo  Information and advocacy organization specifically focused on women in Congo.
